This particular Air Max 90 features a very similar colorway to the Nike Air Max 1 “Lunar” that paid tribute to USA’s 40th Anniversary of its moon landing. It features a primarily black leather base with the toe box possessing a perforated leather design. Minimal silver accents are seen on the swoosh, collar area and heel. To finish it off, this Air Max 90 is complimented with a white midsole, a black outsole and white shoelaces.

White leather is used on the mid-panel and mudguard. Perforation has been added to the leather used on the toe box. The mid- and outsole are both done in all white, as is most of the shoe itself. Obsidian leather is used on the forefoot and Swoosh, and ripstop nylon appears near the ankle in the same color.

With that said, Nike has just unleashed a new colorway of the Air Max 90 at JD Sports. It possesses a mixture of grey and black (mesh) on the base with minimal red accents in the form of the Nike tag logos (tongue, side panels, heel panel). To coincide with the latter areas, this sneaker also owns a red outsole. As stated earlier, this Air Max 90 is a JD Sports exclusive.
